Karen Myers joined the Tri-County Insurance Agency in May, 1979. Karen is currently a Vice President, is licensed in all lines of insurance with a specialty in Property and Casualty Business Insurance. She earned her CISR in February, 1991. Karen is actively involved in the community and has been a guest speaker at the local high school business class, as well as speaking at seminars sponsored by the Tri-County Bank and Tri-County Insurance Agency. She has, also, been invited to speak and participate at informational seminars like "The Women's Financial Information Program".

Jon Schmaderer is the third generation of this family owned financial services organization and officially came on board May, 1996. Jon is licensed in Life, Health, Property and Casualty Insurance and in addition he holds a Series 7 Securities License and offers a wide variety of non-insured invested products through AFS Brokerage, Inc and Tri-County Financial Center. He is available for general sales and consultation in all areas of insurance, investments and banking. His primary focus is on Investments, Life Insurance and Banking products and services. The ability to combine the different products and services available in these industries creates additional value to our customer.
Jon graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1994 with a B.S. in Business Administration with supporting programs in finance, management and communication. In May of 2000, he completed his Masters of Business Administration from Wayne State College. He is currently pursuing a Certified Financial Planning designation from Kaplan College. Jon currently serves as Executive Vice President of The Tri-County Bank and resides on the Board of Directors.
